Responsibilities
  • Painting and Decorating: Apply paint and other finishes to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to achieve a smooth, even finish.
  • Surface Preparation: Clean and prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, scraping, and filling holes and cracks.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate power tools and equipment, such as paint sprayers and rollers, to efficiently complete painting tasks.
  • Quality Control: Inspect work for quality and completeness, making adjustments as needed to ensure high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in painting and decorating, or equivalent experience.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs), bend, crouch, and kneel for extended periods.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
Work Environment
