About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team at SouthStar Immigration Consulting Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Development: Develop and execute marketing plans for various events, including publicity, fundraising, and information purposes.
  • Communication Strategies: Design and implement communication strategies to engage with our target audience and promote our services.
  • Public Relations: Manage and maintain relationships with media outlets, conduct public opinion and attitude surveys, and initiate and maintain contact with the media.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services and events.
  • Content Creation: Write and edit press releases, newsletters, and communications materials to promote our services and events.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage our digital database to track engagement and promote our services.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment and will be required to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to maintain and manage relationships with media outlets and other stakeholders.
