We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Shelby Inc. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading our retail business and ensuring the success of our gas bar operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and plan and organize daily operations.
- Staff Management: Manage staff and assign duties, recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, and oversee payroll administration.
- Marketing and Sales: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors' operations on sales. Determine merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credits policies, and locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, and resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar field.
- Supervision: 5-10 people.
- Financial Benefits: As per collective agreement.
- Other Benefits: Free parking available, learning/training paid by employer, and subsidized public transportation.
English.
Work Hours:30 hours per week.
