Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Nectar Yoga Ltd. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to ensure a dust-free and allergen-free space.
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture to maintain a clean and tidy appearance.
  • Make beds and change sheets to ensure a clean and comfortable sleeping area.
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to guests as needed.
  • Stock linen closet to ensure a sufficient supply of linens.
  • Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Handle and report lost and found items to ensure a smooth guest experience.
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide basic information on facilities to guests as needed.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and tidy environment.
  • Clean changing rooms and showers to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Initiative and ability to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Reliability and ability to maintain a regular attendance record.
  • Team player with a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Will train and ability to learn new skills and procedures.
