About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Associate to join our team at ZAIKA TASTES OF INDIA. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Present bills to customers and process payments in a timely and efficient manner
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations based on their preferences
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
  • Greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages
  • Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware to ensure a well-stocked bar
  • Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate preparation and delivery
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience
