We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at NDS Holdings Limited.
Job Description- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak periods, such as weekends and holidays.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure efficient use of resources and meet productivity targets.
- Manage cash handling procedures to prevent loss and ensure accuracy.
- Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to employees.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required. Equivalent qualifications from other countries will be accepted.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
