About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Configurator to join our Workstations and Desktop Equipment team at National Bank. As a key member of our IT infrastructure management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational health of our IT equipment and meeting the stability objectives of our infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the operational health of our IT equipment and infrastructure

  • Support or influence the product owner when making decisions to develop their vision and identify opportunities for improvement and automation in our daily activities

About the Team

You will be part of a dynamic team of 20 colleagues who are committed to continuous improvement and quality work. Our team offers a flexible work schedule with 2 days a week at the office and supports occasional evening work requirements for infrastructure updates. We also offer a flexible work/life balance and access to growth and development opportunities through IT initiatives or online training.

Requirements
  • Three-year professional college diploma or academic equivalent in a related field and 5 years of relevant experience OR bachelor's degree in a related field and 3 years of relevant experience
  • Intune environment infrastructure management experience, SCCM and Microsoft Autopilot and Azure AD and Cloud PC modern management are essential
  • Knowledge of Windows Management, Group Policies, Powershell and Graph, an asset
  • Knowledge of Graph, Logic Apps and Cloud management items, major asset Experience with Microsoft 365, additional asset
  • Be actively involved in handling Operations - level 3 support (incidents, penetration testing and other operations)
  • Have exceptional interpersonal qualities focused on teamwork and user experience
Language

English and French are the primary languages required for this role, with the ability to discuss frequently with service providers or partners who speak a language other than French.
