Job Summary:

World Education Services (WES) is seeking a skilled Case Analyst I to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for examining case files, analyzing data, and ensuring the accuracy of case information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process files related to single credentials, determining if each document meets WES' documentation requirements.
  • Verify academic information entered by clients and ensure it matches the corresponding documents.
  • Develop knowledge of designated systems of education and their academic documentation practices and policies.
  • Maintain the security and privacy of applicant information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in credential processing and monitoring preferred.
  • Proficient use of IT systems, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with credential evaluations desirable.
  • Foreign language skills desirable.
  • Knowledge of international education and/or foreign systems of education desirable.
