Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Print Production Associate to join our team at Recruit Action. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for providing excellent print services, including digital printing and finishing. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals with a passion for client service and hands-on production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate digital printing equipment and standard finishing tools such as paper cutters, bindery, laminators, and drills.
  • Act as the point of contact for customer requests: provide estimates, schedule, and track production jobs.
  • Conduct quality inspections before, during, and after each production run to ensure high standards.
  • Track and store completed jobs for future reuse as required by the customer.
  • Maintain accurate logs and reports for billing and internal tracking purposes.
  • Pack, label, and ship finished products to meet client delivery requirements.
  • Maintain supply inventory levels and ensure the work area is stocked.
  • Troubleshoot basic production, output, and delivery issues as they arise.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or move for up to 80% of the workday.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the role, including developing skills in print technologies.
Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Post-high school technology training or experience in printing is preferred.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe software, and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for most of the workday.
  • Security clearance may be required based on project needs.
