Clinical Project Lead

Global Pharma Tek is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Project Lead to join our team. As a Clinical Project Lead, you will be responsible for leading clinical projects from design to implementation, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead clinical projects, including project planning, risk management, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including informatics, business analysts, and EHR build teams.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and project status reports.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Facilitate project team scrums and meetings to track and manage work deliverables and escalations.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk registers, and issue logs.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Clinical Project Lead or CI Leader.
  • Experience in Transfusion Medicine Inpatient and Outpatient workflows and/or design.
  • Experience in the Canadian Health Care System is a requirement.
  • Experience with EHR design and implementation, including project management and risk management.
  • Strong written documentation skills, including project status updates and risk management reports.
  • Experience with project management tools, including JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Working knowledge of MS Project and resource allocation, resource levelling, and slack management.
