As a Quality Improvement Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the quality of care and services provided by Interior Health. You will work collaboratively with our teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them. Your expertise will help us to improve patient safety, reduce errors, and enhance the overall quality of care.
What You Will Work On- Provides leadership and expertise to promote and support a culture of continuous quality improvement.
- Facilitates the integration of quality improvement initiatives that can be monitored and measured using reliable data.
- Collaborates with organizational leaders, physicians, and staff to provide leadership and quality management expertise.
- Performs a leadership role in the integration of accreditation principles and standards with local initiatives.
- Provides education and training on the application of Lean thinking, principles, sponsor engagement, change management principles, facilitation skills, and Lean tools and techniques.
