Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Protection Specialist to provide exceptional security and support services to our clients and staff. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and secure environment, responding to emergencies, and providing exceptional customer service.



Responsibilities


  1. Assist clients/guests with special needs in a professional and respectful manner.
  2. Operate security control room equipment to ensure a safe and secure environment.
  3. Patrol assigned areas to prevent and respond to potential security threats.
  4. Respond to emergency situations in a timely and effective manner.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and staff.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:




  1. A Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles).
  2. A Private Investigator (PI) provincial/territorial Licence.
  3. A Provincial/Territorial Security Officer Certificate.
  4. A Security Guard License.
  5. A Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.


In addition, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.



Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, you will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision care, as well as a pension plan and life insurance.
