About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Consultant to join our team at VISAY TECHNOLOGIES INC. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating security risks to our data, software, and hardware.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to understand their security requirements and provide expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to our data, software, and hardware, and develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle to ensure the highest level of security.
  • Perform usability testing and operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality.
  • Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
  • Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess client feedback, enquiries, and complaints in the delivery of meaningful information and services.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with a 32-hour workweek.
  • Fluency in English.
