About the Role

As a key member of our team at Alimentiv Inc, you will play a vital role in planning, executing, and managing regional clinical research projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing project protocols, operational plans, risk management, resources, project tools, documents, and timelines.
  • Leading a multidisciplinary project team to ensure all decisions align with corporate, industry, sponsor, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintaining operational, financial, and regulatory integrity and safety.
  • Developing and implementing project communications, training, regulatory submissions, audits, and vendor selection as required.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Planning, executing, and monitoring clinical research projects to meet project goals and objectives.
  • Collaborating with functional experts to ensure project activities comply with applicable regulations, guidelines, and corporate policies.
  • Managing project documentation, including protocols, SOPs, informed consent forms, case report forms, and instructions.
  • Preparing project reports and updates to support the proper conduct and execution of assigned projects.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study (Health Sciences, Clinical Research preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience in clinical study management.
  • Strong communication and self-motivation skills, with a commitment to achieving positive results.
  • Attention to detail and ability to build collaborative relationships to achieve results.
  • Continuous learning and self-development skills, with an ability to adapt to changing priorities.
