Job Title: Welding Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Welding Technologist to join our team at TRADEWEST FABRICATION LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to welding and fabrication, including preparing rock, mineral, or metal samples, supervising the preparation of samples, and assisting in preparing samples.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform clerical duties, such as maintaining filing and record systems
  • Prepare rock, mineral, or metal samples
  • Supervise the preparation of rock, mineral, or metal samples
  • Assist in preparing rock, mineral, or metal samples
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Leadership, judgement, reliability, and team player skills
