Job Title: Services NAM Mobilization Manager

At Alstom, we're committed to delivering exceptional services to our customers. As a Services NAM Mobilization Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the successful mobilization of our projects in the North America region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and project management expertise to business units during the mobilization phase.
  • Develop and implement key performance metrics to ensure consistency across all business units and sites.
  • Supervise project managers assigned to the mobilization phase and ensure the successful deployment of the Maintenance Performance Center (MPC) in the NAM region.
  • Support operational excellence initiatives across the region, analyzing current maintenance project situations and developing strategies for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a technical or industrial field.
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, industrial management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the Alstom Services business and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Leadership skills, including the ability to coach and develop teams.
