Dispatch Coordinator

Abby Crane & Truck Services Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and organized Dispatcher to join our team. As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of vehicle operators and crews, ensuring the efficient movement of goods and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and equipment.
- Monitor and track the movement of vehicles and equipment in real-time.
- Communicate with drivers and dispatchers to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle and equipment movements, including logs and reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with cross-border dispatching regulations and practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in monitoring and tracking software, database software, and spreadsheet applications.
- Knowledge of internet and computer systems.
