Job Title: Sales Associate Oakley

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Oakley. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, meeting sales goals, and providing product knowledge to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
  • Provide an unsurpassed and memorable customer experience through making a connection, attention to detail, and offering solutions that result in customer satisfaction.
  • Actively participate and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers, management, and support staff.
  • Take pride in the appearance of the store and show initiative to keep displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized.
  • Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators with basic phone and math skills
  • Embrace new technology and change with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to sell through the use of sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals
  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Self-motivator with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment
