- Job Description:
- A culinary professional is required to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in food preparation and service. No degree is required, but a certificate or diploma in culinary arts would be an asset. The candidate must be able to work a minimum of 8 hours per week and be available to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Requirements:
