Lead the Platform Engineering Team

As a Team Lead in the Platform Engineering unit at Coveo, you will be responsible for mentoring and managing a talented team of engineers. Your goal will be to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the team to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the unit's leadership and stakeholders to develop the team's roadmap.
  • Oversee technical decisions and work closely with the team to define the right technical approach.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a cloud environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of AWS and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Previous leadership experience in working with DevOps or Cloud Developers.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
