Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Ethnic Food Preparation Specialist to join our team at Amritsari Sweet & Spice Restaurant Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of ethnic dishes for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, including special meals for patients as instructed by a dietitian or chef.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas, train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient and safe food preparation and service.
