About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at DAYNA BEAUTY SPA CORP. as a key member of our financial operations department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Transactions: Prepare and process financial transactions, including bank reconciliations, payroll, and income tax.
  • Financial Calculations: Perform financial calculations, such as costing and budgeting, to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management, highlighting key financial metrics and trends.
  • Financial Management: Manage cash and ensure accurate financial records are maintained.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Sage Accounting Software, accounting software, spreadsheets, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to multitask, accurate, organized, and reliable.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
