About the Role

As a Construction Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing layouts, measuring and cutting materials, and assembling structures. You will also supervise other workers and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the trade and a secondary school graduation certificate. They will be physically fit and able to work in confined spaces, at heights, and in noisy environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare layouts and measure materials using various tools
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials
  • Supervise other workers and ensure project completion
  • Estimate costs and materials required for projects
  • Maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures
Requirements
