About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on heavy equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve equipment issues.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies and schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a truck and coach environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Proficiency in welding and torching techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
