This is an in-person role based in our Laval office.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying and pursuing new leads to create a book of business.
- Targeting General Partners and C-suite decision-makers.
- Contacting, qualifying, and engaging prospects through email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
- Maintaining organized records of sales activity and pipeline.
- Nurturing new and existing client relationships.
- Traveling to destination cities nationwide to attend to clients.
- Representing the company and clients in delivering exceptional products and services.
Qualifications
- Sales experience: 1-2 years of proven B2B or B2C sales experience, preferably with high-priced products.
- Prospecting and outreach experience: Experience in cold calling C-level executives and creating strategic marketing email campaigns.
- Exceptional listening and questioning skills: Successful candidates possess emotional intelligence and tactical empathy.
- Strong hunter mentality and farmer ability to nurture relationships, crucial for success in this role.
- Pipeline management ability: Research and organizational skills. Familiarity with HubSpot's features and workflows would be advantageous but not required.
- Leadership: We promote from within and actively develop top performers into management.
Compensation & Benefits
We have a deep understanding of how to sell, manage, and develop relationships, acquired through 40 years of being a global business. Our managers typically have 7+ years of experience, while long-service managers have 20+ years. We collaborate to share winning strategies for closing business.
- Competitive annual salary plus OTE based on monthly commission and repeat business.
OTE based on salary and performance bonuses: first year $90,000-$110,000; Second year $110,000-$150,000
