About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Taekwondo instructor to join our team at Moohan Taekwondo. As a martial arts coach, you will be responsible for leading classes, training staff, and ensuring the overall quality of our programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for students of all ages and skill levels
  • Train and supervise staff to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality instruction
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of student progress and program participation
  • Collaborate with other instructors to plan and coordinate recreational, sport, and fitness events
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a safe and supportive learning environment
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in martial arts instruction or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing program needs and priorities
