Investment and Retirement Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment & Retirement Consultant to join our team at Canada Life. As a key member of our Investment & Retirement Solutions team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver personalized customer service to plan members approaching retirement, providing expert guidance on investment and retirement options.
- Enhance business development by proactively contacting terminated, retired, and retiring members to retain them within group plans.
- Collaborate with the Investment & Retirement Solutions team to provide a best-in-class customer experience.
- Conduct one-on-one meetings with plan members to understand their situation, explain their options, and provide solutions.
- Participate in member and client meetings to provide expert advice and guidance.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the Canadian insurance and/or financial industry, with a focus on retirement products and services.
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
- LLQP life licensed.
- CFP or PFP designation is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
