Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Millwright Technician to join our team at Cedar Fair Entertainment Company. As a key member of our Ride Maintenance Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our rides and attractions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain new equipment, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on ride equipment, including troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on ride systems to ensure safe operation
  • Assist with major overhauls and modifications to ride equipment
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Participate in daily preventative maintenance programs to ensure ride equipment is in good working order
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a mechanical trade profession
  • Valid Ontario driver's license
  • Experience in a diverse industrial environment, preferably in a ride maintenance or mechanical trade role
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to lift up to 23kg, work at heights, and perform tasks in a fast-paced environment
