Digital Marketing Strategist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Generation Marketing Lead to join our team at Insightplatforms. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to generate leads and revenue for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing programs to capture and nurture marketing leads across multiple channels.
- Identify new marketing activities that deliver a flow of marketing-qualified leads while monitoring ROI and optimizing CAC.
- Manage paid social, paid search, and retargeting channels to drive lead generation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to set goals for conversion of leads to opportunities and manage the team.
- Track marketing campaign ROI and adjust budget allocation in line with results and annual sales objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new technologies to inform marketing strategies.
- Assist in landing page and content development to target customers throughout the customer lifecycle.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in demand generation or a related field.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software (such as Pardot, Mailchimp, and Salesforce).
- Deep understanding of demand generation and a track record of owning campaigns and driving pipeline growth.
- Strong analytical skills with experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
- Post-secondary degree in marketing or a related field.
- Experience in the market research industry is a plus.
