Our mission is to foster innovative partnerships and drive growth through proactive lead generation. We are seeking a skilled Lead Generation Specialist to support our efforts. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying and qualifying potential leads, engaging prospects, and collaborating with internal teams to create opportunities for our Business Development team.
- Provide exceptional service to inbound calls and emails from prospects and clients.
- Build a pipeline of qualified prospects through lead identification and qualification.
- Utilize industry events, social media, cold calls, and other strategies to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Analyze performance data using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and CRM systems to track and report on opportunity and campaign success.
- Engage potential leads through personalized cold outreach via emails, calls, and social media.
- Contribute to executing targeted marketing campaigns to generate and nurture leads.
- Follow up on inbound marketing leads generated through campaigns.
Work Arrangement:
This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with three days spent in the office and two days working remotely.
Education Requirements:
Candidates must hold a university degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Compensation and Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $70,000, plus commission-based incentives. Additionally, they will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including life insurance, extended health care, dental coverage, AD&D insurance, virtual care access, and retirement savings matching.
