Senior Watchmaker

The Senior Watchmaker is a highly skilled professional responsible for the complex servicing and repair of quartz and mechanical watches. This role requires a deep understanding of watchmaking techniques, including case repair and refinishing, water resistance methods, and part requisition and testing techniques.
Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose and repair complex watch issues
- Document the condition of each timepiece and identify root causes of problems
- Select the appropriate service and confirm approach with clients
- Identify and requisition spare parts needed for repair
- Perform case preparation, movement repair, and encasing
- Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment
- Lead and direct other watchmakers as needed
- Certification in Watchmaking
- Completion of luxury brand training programs
- Minimum 5 years of experience in watchmaking
