Job Summary

As a Medical Policy Pharmacist - Head Pharmacy Technical Assistant at Shoppers Drug Mart / Pharmaprix, you will play a key role in managing the pharmacy operations and providing exceptional patient care. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and take on new challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the pharmacy schedule based on business needs
• Train new employees and hire with the pharmacist-owner
• Collaborate with the pharmacist-owner to develop a short- to long-term vision for the management of the pharmacy
• Provide exceptional patient care and work with the pharmacy team to improve patient health and care

Requirements

• Proficient IT and data-entry skills
• Experience working in a retail pharmacy and as a pharmacy technical assistant
• Familiarity with Assyst-Rx software
