Job Title: Construction Project Manager

At NU-SITE CONTRACTORS LTD., we are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead our construction projects to success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
* Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
* Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
* Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control

Requirements:

* 5 years or more of experience in construction project management
* Strong knowledge of construction project management software
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
