Job Description

As a Frontend Developer, you'll be working alongside a team of exceptional developers to deliver world-class software. Your primary focus will be on creating, testing, and maintaining web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

  • Create reusable components for future use
  • Contribute during the project specification and requirement gathering phase
  • Turn UI/UX designs into prototypes, creating excellent interactions from designs
  • Write and run unit tests prior to release
  • Collaborate with back-end developers on integration and useability of the application
  • Participate in Agile Scrum Squads using Jira

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of software development with a focus on front-end technologies
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/Typescript, React or Angular, REST APIs, and HTML/CSS
  • Comfortable in a Linux environment
  • Valid passport and no travel restrictions that limit your ability to cross the border between Canada and the USA
  • Thrives in an agile environment that is constantly changing and encourages team members to collectively collaborate and communicate

Location

This role will require you to work in our office located in Cambridge, ON, up to 2 days a week. If you're more than an hour away from the office location, we encourage you to apply and we can discuss your options.
