About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Florist Salesperson to join our team at Sherwood Panda Flowers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems to maintain accurate stock levels and ensure timely restocking.
  • Offer expert advice on merchandise, including flower arrangements, bouquets, and other floral products, to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Assist in the display of merchandise to create visually appealing and engaging store displays.
  • Process sales transactions through our Internet-based electronic commerce system, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer payments.
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates to meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Greet customers and discuss their requirements, providing personalized recommendations and solutions to meet their needs.
  • Maintain accurate sales records for inventory control, ensuring that stock levels are up-to-date and that sales data is accurately recorded.
Work Environment and Requirements
  • Attention to detail is essential in this role, as you will be working with customers and managing inventory levels.
  • Repetitive tasks are a normal part of this job, and you should be comfortable with performing tasks such as restocking shelves and processing sales transactions.
