We are seeking an experienced technical leader to join our team as a Principal Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the technical vision and driving architectural design across four high-impact teams in our Operations Cloud Platform division. You will partner closely with product management and engineering leadership to define and execute a long-range technical strategy that supports our rapidly evolving SAAS platform. This is an exciting opportunity as you will be a trusted advisor, a hands-on architect, and a mentor to engineers across multiple domains, ensuring technology scales effectively while maintaining quality and security.

Key Responsibilities:

- Technical Strategy and Architecture: Define and articulate the long-range technical roadmaps and architecture for our core SaaS platform, developing and implementing complex solutions in collaboration with cross-team leaders.
- Cross-Team Leadership and Communication: Act as a technical leader and consultant across multiple teams, breaking down ambiguous problems and translating them into effective engineering solutions, fostering a culture of collaboration and mentoring engineers.
- Design Excellence and Code Quality: Oversee and contribute to the technical design and evolving architecture of critical systems, ensuring designs meet rigorous standards in coding, reliability, scalability, security, and cost efficiency, providing guidance on technical decisions.
