Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecommunications Equipment Installer to join our team at Wesbell Communications Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, arranging, removing, and maintaining telephone equipment, wiring, and associated hardware.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Maintenance: Install, arrange, remove, and maintain telephone equipment, wiring, and associated hardware to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Repair and Troubleshooting: Repair or replace defective telephone equipment and test installed telephone systems to locate transmission faults.
  • Work Site Environment: Work outdoors and at heights, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Security and Safety: Conduct criminal record checks and maintain a valid driver's license to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Transportation and Travel: Willing to travel and use a vehicle supplied by the employer.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and physical stamina.
  • Personal Suitability: Possess strong judgment, organization, and teamwork skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the field.
