Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate General Medical Practitioner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload, dealing with a wide range of health needs, and ensuring the highest standards of care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting
  • Make professional, autonomous decisions in relation to presenting problems
  • Assess the healthcare needs of patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed problems
  • Screen patients for disease risk factors and early signs of illness
  • Develop care plans for health in consultation with patients and in line with current practice disease management protocols
  • Provide counselling and health education
  • Compile and issue computer-generated acute and repeat prescriptions
Requirements
  • GP Specialist training
  • Awareness of and compliance with all relevant practice policies/guidelines
  • Ability to work collaboratively with patients and partners to design and deliver clinically robust health and social care solutions
