Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Spelt's Shell. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of retail staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and a positive store environment.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold in the store, ensuring that they meet the needs and expectations of our customers.
- Price and Credits Policies: Implement and manage price and credits policies, ensuring that they are fair and competitive.
- Procurement: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring that it meets our quality and pricing standards.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the store and its products, increasing sales and customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure the store's financial health.
- Staffing Requirements: Determine staffing requirements, ensuring that the store has the necessary staff to meet customer demand.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
- Staff Recruitment and Supervision: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and training to perform their duties.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that the store is running efficiently and effectively.
