Responsibilities:

  1. Estimation and Sales: Prepare cost budgets and estimates for new contracts, maintaining and improving current customer contracts and relationships while developing new ones.
  2. Collaboration and Innovation: Work closely with management to help with development, innovation, and creativity on client projects, ensuring maximisation of profit and customer satisfaction while minimising potential risks.
  3. Record-Keeping and Administration: Keep detailed records of all estimation documentation, including site assessments and contract terms, updating any existing contracts immediately upon agreement of new terms with clients.
  4. Financial Management: Prepare and submit financial documents when required, balancing multiple proposals and estimations to ensure timely completion.
  5. Customer Liaison: Liaise with other company departments to maintain business development and continuously innovate new profitable outcomes, attending weekly sales meetings with the sales manager to set achievable targets and goals.
  6. Business Development: Visit customers when required to generate new business and maintain strong relationships between parties.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: Must have experience in the industry, with a keen eye for detail and strong customer-facing skills.
  • Teamwork and Self-Motivation: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with self-management and initiative skills.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong problem-solving abilities and math skills.
  • Networking and Organisation: Strong networking skills and ability to manage workloads, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.

Benefits and Salary: The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £38,000 - £41,000 per annum, plus bonuses available and 30 days holidays per year plus bank holidays.
