Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is $150,000-$250,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

We are seeking a senior governance expert to join our Board of Directors. As a seasoned director, you will be responsible for analyzing corporate strategies, risks, and opportunities in the context of CCG's business, financial, and member-focused objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong strategic planning, business, and risk management acumen
  • Experience leading highly regulated businesses with a strategic mindset
  • Familiarity with enterprise risk management, technology innovation, AI, digital, financial, human resource management, advocacy, marketing, sales, e-commerce, actuarial, and risk engineering
  • Substantive board experience and an understanding of good governance and effective board cultures
