Horizon School Division is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide essential support to students. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and a minimum of one year of experience in providing occupational therapy services to students. Sensory training is an asset. The selected candidate will be responsible for assessing and providing occupational therapy programming needs for students from Horizon schools through a referral process. The Occupational Therapist will work closely with the Superintendent of Inclusive Education to determine the hours of work and schedule. The salary and benefits will be in accordance with the current CUPE #4799 Agreement. The successful candidate will be required to produce a criminal record check and a vulnerable sector check prior to beginning employment. The Occupational Therapist will play a vital role in creating a better world for students, one student at a time. The position is a temporary full-time opportunity that will commence as soon as possible and conclude at the end of the day on June 30, 2025.
