We are seeking a skilled Service Writer to join our team at Auto House Repair Centre. As a Service Writer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Answer written and oral inquiries, address customers' complaints or concerns, and provide information to customers.
- Service Coordination: Explain the type and cost of services offered, obtain and examine all relevant information to assess client feedback, enquiries and complaints, and receive and log complaints.
- Communication: Explain procedures, risks and benefits to clients, answer clients' inquiries, and provide information.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records and perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, tight deadlines, work under pressure, hand-eye co-ordination, and repetitive tasks.
- Personal Suitability: Punctuality, client focus, excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, team player, initiative, ability to multitask, dependability, and quick learner.
- Experience: Will train.
