Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for planning and controlling budgets, as well as monitoring financial control systems.

About the Role

This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary of $150,001 - $400,000 per year. You will work 40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and Control Budgets: Develop and implement budget plans, ensuring accurate forecasting and analysis of financial data.
  • Monitor Financial Control Systems: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial control systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage Contracts: Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare Reports: Analyze and prepare financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in financial management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with SAP (FI/CO / HR / MM / OT SD) is an asset.
