Shift Manager

We are seeking a shift manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurants. As a shift manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers during your shift. Your primary goal will be to ensure that food and service meet our quality control standards.
- Lead a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers during your shift.
- Ensure that food and service meet our quality control standards.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, customer feedback, and team performance.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and ensure that they are presented to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Establish work schedules for your team and ensure that they are aware of their responsibilities and expectations.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the food service industry.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Client focus and efficient interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
