About the Role

Vantix Systems Inc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to support the Data Management Program (DMP). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for liaising with business stakeholders and clients to elicit and document business and functional requirements for BISC and DMP deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, getting status updates, and creating status reports.
  • Elicit requirements for business intelligence and analytics, working closely with stakeholders to ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation.
  • Facilitate demonstrations of analytics and dashboards in various stages of development, gathering feedback from stakeholders to inform product improvements.
  • Support developers and testers in the creation and testing of products, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop training material on new analytics products and train end-users to effectively utilize the new analytics and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with the education department to design and develop material for end-user self-service training.
Requirements
  • Experience coordinating project activities and eliciting requirements for business intelligence and analytics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and project success.
  • Understanding of best practices, methods, and standards for business intelligence, analytics, and visualizations.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
  • Proficiency in creating and executing SQL queries, as well as experience with Business Intelligence Tools and Data analysis.
  • Familiarity with Team Foundation Server (TFS) – Kanban Board.
