Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Microelectronic Design Engineer to join our team at Sanmina-SCI Systems de México. As a key member of our Global Design Engineering Team, you will play a critical role in the development of cutting-edge microelectronic products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of microelectronic packages and modules, including the integration of electrical, RF, optical, and thermal engineering principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design concepts, select microelectronic technologies, and develop product specifications.
  • Develop and manage product documentation, including design specifications, drawings, and bills of materials.
  • Interface with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure compliance with product requirements and specifications.
  • Drive business development initiatives, including customer engagement, marketing materials, and proposals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Proficient in computer-aided design software, including AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
  • Experience with commercial FEA tools and supporting analysis.
  • Background in microelectronic technologies, materials, components, and manufacturing methods.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
