Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping
- Accurately record and reconcile financial transactions, including cheques, credit cards, and bank statements.
- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Financial Reporting
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports to management and stakeholders.
- Accounting and Bookkeeping
- Perform accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including journal entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
- Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the integrity of financial records.
- Education
- College or CEGEP diploma in Accounting or related field.
- Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
