  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high quality
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents accurately and efficiently
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize warehouse operations
  • Maintain computerized stock inventory to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a warehouse or related environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment

The Warehouse Supervisor will work in a warehouse environment with a team of 3-4 people. The successful candidate will be required to work 35 to 40 hours per week.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
