As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service by understanding and troubleshooting customer problems, collaborating with other internal teams, and resolving problems via issue ownership from end to end.

Key Requirements:

- Formal post-secondary technical education or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in technical or sales support role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated and ambitious self-starter with ability to work independently and in a team environment
